- The report shows your school, degree objective, major, catalog year,
program code, and intended graduation date. If ANY of this information
is incorrect, please contact your academic advisor.
- The DARS report reflects University, major, and minor requirements
as they are written in the University Catalog. You must follow
the program requirements for the year you were admitted to your program.
This is your catalog year and is shown in the top center of the report.
- When you are ready to graduate, you must file an Application for
Graduation in the Registrar's Office before the drop deadline of the
semester before you plan to graduate. It is extremely important
that you notify the Registrar's Office that you are planning to graduate
at the appropriate time.
- Offical printed DARS reports sent from the Registrar's office list
your current biographical information, including your student number,
name and address. If ANY of this information is incorrect, please
contact the Registrar's Office immediately.
